For clarity "Teign Tennis Trust" is a body set up to oversee the Teign Valley Tennis Club. The trustees are the chairs of the valley parish councils.

The Trust delegates responsibility for the running of the Club to the Management Committee.

"Teign Valley Tennis Club" and "Teign Tennis Trust" have been used interchangeably in day to day speech and documents. This will gradually change and all matters relating to the Club will be entitled "Teign Valley Tennis Club" and the limited number of matters relating to the Trust will be so identified.

You agree that your use of Teign Valley Tennis Club's website or any part of it is subject to the following terms. You are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the following terms if you continue to browse and use Teign Valley Tennis Club's website or any part of it.

This information, which is not personally identifiable, is used for site usage data analysis in order to deliver a better service to the users of this website.

• To run the club and communicate with members or prospective members about Club activities. This information is not held on the website but is held in separate computer software and in paper records.
